About the Company
New Key Support Ltd provides an environment that promotes growth and the ability for our service users to reflect on and reappraise their life events. Working in partnership with the individual, families and all relevant professionals to ensure that positive outcomes are achieved for each person.
We have a proven track record for providing high levels of support. Backed up by an experienced and knowledgeable staff team who are specifically trained to work with young people who present behavioural and challenging difficulties.
New Key Support is opposed to discrimination against young people in any form that may prevent that young person from reaching their full potential.
We provide a child centred, professional service in which our support service is constantly developed and updated in line with our own experiences and alongside guidelines of relevant legislation.
Our Staff Are Our Biggest Asset
Our Director and Managers come from a wide range of backgrounds including; Children’s Services, Residential services, Adult (Elderly Services) Homeless Services, Leisure Services and Mental Health Services.
Our managers are committed to working ‘hands on’ across all our service areas. We feel our commitment to do so, ensures that all our services are continually meeting our standards. Direct involvement with our staff and our service users means we are continually able to reflect on our provision and our practice, ensuring the best outcomes in service delivery.
Our staff are a very dedicated team. We recognize the need for supportive staffing levels, not only for Health and Safety requirements but also in relation to quality, supportive and proactive practices.
Each individual team is supported by a Senior support worker who are responsible for the day-to-day running of their particular service area.
All our support staff will be trained to a minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have vast experience working with young people from diverse backgrounds. After completing their Level 3 all staff are supported and encouraged into obtaining further qualifications and training.

Staff view their work with young adults placed at New Key Support Ltd as being on a continuum of good practice, the staff team always striving to improve services to young people resident in the services and always looking for new ways and innovative approaches to motivate. It is vital that the work undertaken with our service users is an understanding within the team that, a safe and secure staff team, means that high-quality direct work with young people can flourish.
