Safeguarding Policies
New Key Support LTD recognises that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and that anybody can become the victim of abuse, therefore it aims to provide a safe environment for all. We all have a responsibility and none of us have the excuse not to act. For young adults at risk, our commitment is more than a policy, however robust it may be. Our actions can make a real difference between safety and danger for the young people in our care.
Our commitment is that with the help of our partners and a multi-agency partnership, safeguarding is an active part of how we do our job and we can be held to that promise. The director, senior management and all employees of New Key Support LTD are responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy.

Each person will be treated as an individual the policies will be made specific to every individual in agreement with the placing authority through a rigorous risk assessment process where applicable and where specific concerns are raised.
